For a number of years Prof. Celin has worked as part of a team from the University of Virginia Department of Plastic Surgery to help the under privileged in India. The work covers many different procedures ranging from cleft palates, club foot to easing the suffering of burns victims. The work normally takes place over an intense 10-14 day period each year in the Indian state of Jharkhand.
The aim of the Celin Foundation is to help the people of Nepal in areas such as: medical assistance, housing, employing, education and professional formation. The Foundation is non profit.
